A long time lover of contemporary art, Anne Marie Kivett is celebrated for her selection of vivid colors. Also, her knowledge of subject matter ranges from nudes to landscapes to modern still life sunflowers. Her analysis of natural design allows her to express the unique creativeness depicted in her oil paintings. Evidence of this unique ability is seen in both sales and popularity. As a fund raiser for many years, Ms. Kivett proudly possessed the "gift of gab" yet lacked the confidence and fortitude. Although primarily self taught, she began private tutoring in 1997. Since, she has displayed an insatiable drive to cultivate her life experiences with her art work. Much of her experiences include a long time affiliation with the Tucson Museum of Art in various capacities. Ms. Kivett spent many years as a flight attendant for one domestic and two international airlines. As an American, she has explored much of Europe, Asia, Africa, Saudi Arabia, South America, Australia and New Zealand. |
